By creating an account or using Turf you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Turf provides lawn care planning, treatment tracking, weather and soil temperature information, product information, an AI assistant, and weed identification. Features may change over time.
Turf provides general guidance only. Product rates, timing, and safety information in the app are a convenience and are not a substitute for the manufacturer's product label. Always read and follow the product label; the label is the legal authority on application rate, timing, mixing, and safety. You are responsible for the safe handling, application, and storage of any lawn product, and for compliance with local laws. Turf is not liable for damage to lawns, property, people, pets, or the environment resulting from product use.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.
Turf Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple or Google. Pricing and terms are shown at purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.
You retain rights to content you submit (logs, notes, photos, feedback) and grant us a license to process it to operate the service.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms and will update the "last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
