Deleting Your Turf Account

Turf lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data.

In the App (Fastest)

1. Open Turf and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including your lawns, treatment logs, pantry items, feedback, and push notification token. It cannot be undone.

By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@getturf.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify and process the request.

What Is Deleted

• Your account (login/identity) and profile
• Lawns and lawn sections
• Treatment logs and program progress
• Pantry items
• Feedback messages
• Your push notification token

What May Be Retained

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that are not linked to you
• Records we are legally required to keep
• Backups, which are purged on our normal rotation

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
